We took Innocent and Vestina and their 3 young children with us to the mountains last weekend. It's amazing how well they could hike with an 18 month old baby (and a 3 and 7 year old). There is hope for us. . . . There are mountains in Africa where they are from (much larger by far than the ones here, but they did not do much hiking for fun there).

This weekend we've had a friend from Texas visiting and have had several other visits from and with relatives and friends. . . . .
