We received a gift today from my beloved friend, Julie, that I met 19 years ago.
We met while working at our first professional job. ;-)
Great memories. . . .
We have both moved on and away from that place but she is still an inspiration to me and the story of how her family came to be is beautiful. She sent this book that her friend wrote.

An excerpt that those still waiting may relate to (and I remember well too):

Sarah ~ Oh my gosh!! This is the book that I purchased for Zia in Lawrence for her "one year referral gift!" I love this book...as a matter of fact...I read it to her this morning!! It is a delightful book, isn't it??!!
